Auto Travel Services Representative - Fields Ertel

Greets customers in person or by phone and provides services or information to meet their needs. Provides a wide variety of member services, which include producing Triptiks, selling memberships and other AAA products and services.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Assists customers with their needs, complaints, questions, problems concerns and requests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
-Promotes and sells all areas of AAA membership including memberships, travelers cheques, theme park tickets, travel merchandise, etc.
-Assembles Triptiks and dispenses maps and related information
-Makes hotel and rental car reservations for members
-Maintains general knowledge of all club services, benefits, and costs to better serve our members
REQUIREMENTS
Must be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to perform multiple tasks in a busy retail environment. Previous cash handling experience is a strong plus. Must be flexible and able to adapt to change in routine when necessary
