Audio / Video Sales Consultant

As a Sales Associate, your mission will be to blow the roof off of our no-ceiling commission plan! After a paid training period you will be prepared to counsel customers and work with them to create high-end home entertainment and enhancement solutions (typical systems sales are $8K - $15K). A background in commission-based or consultative sales (electronics experience not required!) combined with the ability to build trust-based relationship will give you the foundation needed to succeed. Our high-caliber sales associates work with customers initially in the showroom presenting and demonstrating the latest offerings from Bose, Denon, Sony and over 30 other top-of-the-line manufactures. Now the fun begins… the next step is the in-home consultation where you will serve as the digital architect, examining the customer’s home, making strategic recommendations to meet their needs and designing a system that will exceed their expectations. Carefully crafted and correctly staged, your presentation will seal the deal and you will be rewarded both financially and professionally. The keys to success in this position will be relationship building, polished communication and presentation skills and the motivation to make a comfortable living while “playing” with the coolest toys in the entertainment space!
