This position reports to an Assistant General Counsel and will handle commercial real estate claims and litigation as well as manage company property. This position manages issues from multiple venues related to acquisition, leasing sales, development, title, construction, property insurance coverage issues, energy/rate matters, environmental, zoning, and property management. The position requires the ability to recognize and quickly synthesize legal issues proactively, develop and implement strategies which address cross-functional concerns and multiple legal areas, supervise outside counsel, communicate and coordinate with multiple clients areas and other legal divisions, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Requirements A licensed attorney in good standing with a minimum of 2-5 consecutive years in a law firm, corporate legal department or government agency
Strong academic credentials from an ABA accredited institution,
