Associate

Management Consulting firm is currently seeking candidates for the position of Associate Consultant. We offer qualified candidates an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, high-growth consulting firm.

We are a global strategy and operations firm with offices in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois and Shanghai, China. We have over 16 years of experience providing consulting services to businesses of all kinds, including Fortune 50 and 1000 companies, middle market manufacturing companies (industrial and consumer products) and private equity investors across a wide spectrum of industry sectors. Our practice offerings include logistics, procurement, manufacturing and post-merger operations. Our China practice is focused around three major service offerings: strategic sourcing, corporate advisory services and China market entry strategies. These practices are supported by a fully integrated skills-based training program.

Our headquarters office is in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, a suburb of Chicago. Most of our clients’ headquarters are in North America. Due to a project based work environment, we require travel up to 100%, potentially including some international travel. This position will be based in our Oakbrook Terrace office. There is no relocation assistance for this position.

Associates are exposed to a wide variety of industries and are challenged to utilize and develop their capabilities. For each project, Associates play an integral part of a team that is seeking to help clients solve challenging problems. Associates will seek and collect the right information, develop hypothesis, interpret data, and present findings to case teams and clients. An Associate’s work becomes the foundation of the team's strategic recommendations. As Associates become stronger contributors to their teams, they gain more client contact and broader strategic development responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:
•Bachelor or Master degree, (Business, Finance, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.)
•Excellent analytical skills (Access skills a plus.)
•Great team player
•Strong work ethic
•Excellent communication skills
•Fluent in both oral and written English - Mandarin language skills a plus
•Ambitious
•Willingness to travel up to 100%
