ASSISTANT MANAGER
The focus of the ASSISTANT MANAGER is to actively generate center revenue while assisting with the development of the sales staff. The ASSISTANT MANAGER shares the responsibility for the overall management of the center and is also responsible for ensuring each client receives excellent customer service.

Successful ASSISTANT MANAGERS will have excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. Must have excellent selling skills and a proven track record of success.

SALES COUNSELORS
A SALES COUNSELOR is the key to our clients' success in accomplishing their weight loss goals.

The focus of the SALES COUNSELOR is to meet personal sales goals by assisting our clients with losing weight through one-on-one counseling and the sale of our proven products.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates possess the following characteristics:

•Energetic & Enthusiastic
•Outgoing & Confident
•Motivating
•Previous Sales experience in goal driven environment
•Desire to help clients LOSE WEIGHT
We prefer candidates who have previous sales experience or work experience in the following industries:
•Dating Service
•Beauty/Image
•Cosmetics
•Health/Fitness
•Retail/Sales
•Hotel/Restaurant Service
•Previous weight loss experience a plus!
