Key duties include negotiating contracts; assisting with strategic alliances; managing litigation and mergers & acquisitions; advising with development of new products; reviewing and commenting on proposed regulation; reviewing marketing materials; dealing with corporate customers and counsel, regulators, and internal business clients. Only candidates with 9 + years experience as practicing attorney with extensive securities experience will be considered. Must have experience relating to SEC regulation of public companies, capital markets, and corporate transactions; excellent negotiation skills and in-depth securities regulation knowledge required; at least 5 years securities experience at a top-tier law firm required.
