Identify lessons learned from prior WAWF implementations and integrate these lessons into the WAWF implementation process.

Work with the Help Desk & User Support staff to track any support requests related to WAWF that come in through the help desk

Work as the Alternate Group Administrator (GAM) for WAWF and will provide GAM support during implementation.

Administrative tasks including activation, deactivation and maintenance of user accounts. Ensure users have a CAC, PKI or User ID and password for WAWF.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be U.S. Citizen.
Requires good communication and interpersonal skills along with organization skills.
Experience with EDA, PD2 & PRWED is a plus!
