Voice Analyst / Administrator

Activates, maintains, and verifies the billing system to ensure accurate billing of telecommunications network usage.
Tracks billing with regards to contacted rates and departmental budget.
Ensures accuracy of billing.
May assist in ordering and termination of voice related services with vendors.
Researches and solves discrepancies or conflicts with billing charges.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of telecom experience. A degree is preferred but not required. Appropriate certifications and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
REQUIREMENTS
Telecom billing experience and vendor management. This position is 50% clerical.
Excellent customer service skills required.
