Analyst Support Project Coordinator

Great Contract Opportunity for Analyst Support Project Coorinator to work for established company in the Novato area.

Duties:

Key contact for disseminating information and coordinating activities

Heavy creation and production of confidential presentations and reports

Compose letters, memos, and other correspondence; coordinate meetings, and presentation materials

Handle phone inquiries and assist with problem resolution as appropriate

Support communication functions such as: portal publishing, event support, etc.

Coordinate meetings and events

Drafting emails, communications, working on presentations

Supporting CIO and direct reports

Ability to review financial data to transfer into Excel spreadsheets

Requirements:

Demonstrate analysis skills and ability to make recommendations

Some Project Management Skill

Ability to plan and lead multiple complex tasks and deliver results within established time frames with minimal supervision

Knowledge of and proficient ability with Microsoft office support tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Superior attention to detail.

Maintains confidentiality

Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

Ability & Willingness to seek out work ' drive for accomplishing goals.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
