JOB DESCRIPTION:

·Search for qualified candidates for high-level positions via our extensive database, Internet sites, job fairs, and referrals.
·Screen candidates, arrange interviews, negotiate salaries, handle job postings, Internet searching
·Handle high volumes of resumes and telephone calls in a day
·Ability to remain productive in a dynamic environment

REQUIREMENTS
RECRUITER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are looking to fill entry level as well as more senior-level recruiting roles.
·Must have bachelor’s degree
·Should have previous experience in either recruiting, sales, customer service, marketing, telemarketing, or other role where handled high volume of calls or had goal oriented structure.
