For more information, go to www.brunswick.comProvide instruction and consulting as a subject matter expert to the IDS customer base in order to help dealerships obtain the greatest possible performance from their IDS Dealer Management Systems (DMS). Ability to supervise dealership accounting and management personnel remotely in order to ensure they have the proper understanding of the operation of the IDS DMS.
Sell and perform value-added consulting to the IDS customer base.
Perform system implementations, when the implementation staff cannot meet the requirements of the sales schedule.
Execute regional training utilizing the wireless classroom.
Serve as an area expet in the operation of the IDS system and the training of internal personnel.
Perform testing on new features of the IDS system and report issues and discrepancies between design and function to the IDS Development Department.
Management of the logistics of personnel sales process, including the organization and delivery of all required hardware and invoicing.
Other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in computer technology, finance, business or related discipline.
5 years experience in the operation of the IDS DMS in the dealership environment.
Sales and training experience, group teaching and coaching experience.
Expert in the business software specializing in Parts and Service, Accounting, or Finance and Sales.
