Ad Systems Revenue Consultant summary:

Our client, a large internet company in Burbank, CA, is currently seeking to hire an Ad Systems Revenue Consultant for a 3 month project. Will support the business in driving the below-mentioned financial functions.

Ad Systems Revenue Consultant is responsible for:
Performing advanced data analysis, key performance metrics benchmarking and reporting, and product initiative analysis.
Working closely with the Product Line Ops Finance teams to analyze revenue performance and trends.
Creating comprehensive
spreadsheet/graph analysis detailing performance, yearly trends, and target comparisons for financial guidance and directional quarterly outlook.
Assisting with complex ad-hoc requests.
Collaborating with members of other functional teams to develop a shared understanding of operational performance drivers and key metrics.
Presenting findings and recommendations to multi-functional
teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Skills and Characteristics:
Qualified candidates will be seasoned analysts who are innovative, proven performers with a history of delivering effective analysis through modeling, analysis and benchmarking. Candidates should have strong critical/conceptual thinking skills combined with the ability to synthesize information while effectively managing details.
They must also be self-starters with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:
Minimum of 5-7 years in operations research, financial analysis,
modeling and/or operational reporting.
Candidates will have strong quantitative skills and proficiency with MS Office suite of applications in particular Excel.
Experience with Access, Essbase, and Statistical Modeling packages are strongly preferred.
Other positive attributes would include experience / familiarity with the Internet search industry and online business models as well as advanced statistical/data mining knowledge.We offer:
