Account Services Consultant

We are looking for an Account Services Consultant to join our Advertiser Agency Services team located in Columbia, MD or New York City.



Position Responsibilities :
Training level knowledge of Arbitron data and software: Smart+, Tapscan, TVScan, Qualitap, MediaMaster, Scarborough, Summary Level Data, Respondent Level Radio Data (RLD). Custom Coverage, , Media Pro, Print Plus, PPM and PPM Analysis Tool.
Prepare specific training agenda and review with decision maker
Initial product training.
Review effectiveness of training with decision maker
Participate as instructor for monthly Virtual Training classes
Consult with clients on proper hardware environment
Assist other ASC's with large training groups, clients with special needs and Top 50 agencies.
Maintain or exceed goals as laid out in bonus plan
During proactive visits, if necessary work with CSS team on client troubleshooting/problem solving issues
Understand and use of basic utility functions such as Tapmedia, Arbitron Data Express (ADE), CIS (Client Information Systems) and SP Pack
Participate in outside projects for career growth.
Quarterly proactive follow up calls / visits to all clients
Regular proactive market visits
Generate training revenue and consultation revenue
Ongoing consultation of on-going products to client business
Monitor satisfaction and probability of renewal and communicate with sales team
Assist in developing renewal & consulting strategies with sales staff
Introduce new product offerings to existing clients.


REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Arbitron data and software.
Basic understanding of Windows server and workstation operating environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Three to five years media buying and/or planning experience required.
Knowledge of other media buying and planning applications a plus.
Extensive travel required.
Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
