To this end, our Account Management team’s focus is to improve service delivery and provide respectful, responsive and reliable service to our customers. We currently have an opening for an Account Manager, who will be based out of our Record Center in Austin. This position works in tandem with our sales force, however is NOT a sales or commission driven position.In this role, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service and support to an assigned base of major clients, primarily within the Austin Metro area. You will coordinate all communications between Operations (service delivery), Sales and the customer. You will provide pre and post-sales support and will manage service requests, service issues, relationships, revenue and renewals within Division guidelines as directed. You will be responsible for spending significant time in the field (70% local), engaging clients and building/strengthening relationships.
You will be compensated with a base salary from $35,000 - $45,000 depending upon experience, but will have the ability to earn other incentives for a total income up to approximately $65,000. We also offer a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) Plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and at least 3 years experience in a “customer-facing” (in-person), service oriented position focusing on relationship management across multiple companies. Your experience must include engaging and meeting with management level client contacts. You must be able to communicate very clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats, and have past exposure to presenting to small and large groups. Other requirements include:-Demonstrated B2B customer relationship development with account retention as the primary goal
-Demonstrated success identifying and providing service solutions to an existing account base
-Successful experience and confidence presenting new ideas to groups of managers and high-level executives
-A strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done correctly, with an emphasis on working with and through people in the process
-Proficiency with account database maintenance, and Microsoft applications
-Excellent time management, goal setting and prioritization capability.You must have a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to pass pre-employment substance abuse screening and a background check.
