Accessions Specialist III (Recruiter)

Titan Req. No.: TOSREC17Duties/Responsbilities:Job Description: Identify and recruit linguist candidates in support of the INSCOM Worldwide Linguist Support contract and the INSCOM contract. This will include identifying qualified linguist candidates and explaining in detail the current positions available. Perform screening in accordance with INSCOM guidelines to ensure that quality candidates are recruited. Perform initial evaluation of linguist candidates English language skills. Identify areas of the US that have large ethnic concentration of the languages required. Research ethnic media as possible advertising sources. Maintain a log of linguist contacted. Interact with Operations and Processing teams in order to understand requirements and facilitate linguists processing. Must be able to interact with and recruit large numbers of candidates with proper language background and capabilities. Must have computer skills, excellent inter-personal and telephone skills and be flexible to changing requirements.Education and Experience Requirements:Background and Experience:

(a) Minimum required: Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office Products. Willingness to work flexible work schedule consistent with operational requirements.
