Acting as a personal coach and adviser, the Academic Counselor will:
•Help students choose and schedule their course of study, excel in their classes, overcome obstacles, comply with University policies, and achieve their graduation.
•Establish meaningful, long-term relationships with your students as you help them stay on track throughout their degree program.
•Work as part of a Graduation Team to ensure your students’ success.

Job Requirements
Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-starter with strong communication skills.
Academic Counselor must also possess:
•A bachelor’s degree
•Two years of sales or customer service experience
•The ability to coach and motivate others
•Uncompromising honesty and ethical standards
•Computer proficiency is preferred
