The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority seeks an attorney with a minimum of three years experience closing complex commercial real estate transactions. Position involves lender representation in all aspects of multifamily loan closings involving multiple sources of financing. Position also involves legal research, drafting of related legal documents and providing legal guidance and representation with respect to Authority matters. Admission to Connecticut bar required.
