Project Description:
You will be responsible for the daily management and support of a number of client's outsourced IT arrangements. To be effective in this role, you'll need to be able to cut-off complex networking issues before they occur. Part of this process will include recommending appropriate IT solutions to customers that will expand and improve their specific internal infrastructure and operations.
Must Haves:
* 2-3 years helpdesk/server support experience (preferrably commercial or non-government)
* knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco (Secruity) network design and support
* excellent customer service/client-facing skills
* great communciation skills - writing, talking, presenting
* proactive problem solver
Nice to Haves:
* experience with SMBs, law firms, or associations
* MCSE, MCSA, MCP
* CCNA, CCNP
* RHCE
* ACHT
* Bachelor's in IT or related discipline
