Pipefitter: Baltimore Housing (HABC/HCD) is seeking someone to install and make necessary repairs to a variety of piping systems such as gas, steam, heat, etc. Performance of duties requires thorough knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in the pipefitting and plumbing trades.
Must be HS grad, vocational school or GED with 4 yr exp in plumbing/pipefitting at a journeyman level. An equivalent combination of education, training and exp providing the required knowledge and abilities may be considered sufficient. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Salary $14.48/hour with excellent benefit to include generous leave, health, vision, prescription drug & dental plans; pension, life & disability insurance, and 50% educational assistance.
