Warranty Determination Representative

Landmark Homes & Development, Inc. is a quality, customer service, oriented company with it's team members playing an integral part in the companys continued success.This position coordinates all warranty /customer service functions within the Customer Solutions department with primary focus on the processing of homeowner warranty and service requests through completion.
This includes receiving the initial request, generating work orders, scheduling appointments, follow up with homeowners / subcontractors, coordinating purchase orders with staff and sub-contractors.
REQUIREMENTS
Two years experience in residential construction warranty / customer service, or equivalent.
Must have professional phone etiquette; organized; ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, multi-task, excellent spelling and grammar skills; and carefully proofs own work.Background should include word processing; document control; preparation of spreadsheets, graphs and charts. Direct experience with the entire MS Office Suite strongly preferred.
High School diploma or college degree (A.A.+ degree helpful).Must have clean driving record.Experience with Punchlist Manager software a plus.
