Our client, a consulting company to the Residential Land Development Community, seeks a Vice President of Land Development with 15+ years experience in mass grading, underground utilities, and paving to run their Las Vegas office. There is ownership in the form of sweat equity in this position.
REQUIREMENTS
15+ years experience in mass grading, underground utilities and paving.4 year technical degree preferred.
Must be computer literate.Must demonstrate excellent people skills.Residential and Commercial Site Work experience.Master Plan experience.Salary D.O.E., Ownership potential.
