Must Have:Directs project managers and supervisory personnel to assess scheduling, project timeline, financial documentation, and profitability/loss.Must have proven track record in the construction industry.Ability to build rapport/teams with all personnel as well as subcontractors/owners.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to foresee project needs/concerns and forecast/direct what needs to be executed for successful completion.Ability to evaluate and hire all levels of top construction talent.Ability to travel between 50% – 75%.Must have self preformed experience in industrial construction.
