Traveling Superintendent - Tilt Wall Projects

Position: Traveling Superintendents – Shopping Center & Retail
Location: SW Florida

This position is exclusively for those individuals that have recently been or are currently working for General Commercial Building Contractors.

Company Profiles:
This company builds tilt-wall products with partial interior commercial build outs. Projects to 400,000 sf

Expected Experience:
Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience building projects for general contractors
- 2+ years tilt-wall projects larger than 50,000 sf
- stable employment background w/ good references
- Proficient with project management support software such as SureTrak/MS Project and Expedition/Prolog
- Willingness to roll-up the sleeves and work in team environment.
- Competitive nature
- Travel

Compensation Expectations:
Base salary, bonus plan, vehicle expenses, housing, per diem, company benefits
