Position: Traveling Superintendents – Schools, Commercial & Hospitals
Location: Eastern NC

This position is exclusively for those individuals that have or are currently working for General Commercial Building Contractors. We have no openings for candidates with non-general contractor experience.

This is a stable and growing regional contractor that specializes in building shopping centers with grocery stores as anchor tenants

Position Profile:
This superintendent will travel through out the Carolinas building shopping centers with anchor grocery stores as anchor tenants.

Expected Experience:
Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Candidate should be located in the SE and understand the Southern culture
- 3+ years of shopping centers with grocery stores as anchor tenants.
- high quality standards while meeting aggressive schedules
- good employment histories with their previous employers
- background w/good client, architect and sub references
-Willingness to work in a fast pace team environment.
-Willingness to travel full time
-Relocation is negotiable

Compensation
Compensation includes base salary, bonus structure, truck allowances, per diem as required
