Training Director

TP Mechanical Contractors, one of the leading mechanical contractors in the Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio region specializing in commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential plumbing, piping, HVAC and fire protection is seeking a Training Director.

Responsibilities of this position include:
•Creating, implementing, and maintaining training programs for corporate and office administrative employees
•Manage field training personnel and programs
•Administering and overseeing fully accredited apprenticeship programs
•Developing career path programs for all employees and ensuring that training and mentoring needs are being met to achieve career path goals
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications are:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in training including organization and facilitation of training programs
•Bachelor degree in Organizational Development preferred
•Prior experience in construction management required
•Must be able to communicate effectively and dynamically with all personality types and skill levels
•Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
•Must be willing to travel up to 50% of time with overnight stays as needed
•Prior experience in Plumbing and/or HVAC industry a strong plus
•OSHA 500 or OSHA 30 Hour trained preferred
•Prior recruiting experience a plus

This position will be based in our Cincinnati, Ohio location but will serve Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky locations and job sites. Travel will be required.
