We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Supervisor-Electric and I&C Maintenance at our Weston Power Plant located in Wausau. This position will provide leadership for the Instrument and Control Technologists and Electricians, ensure safe, reliable and proper operation of power generation facility electrical systems, control systems and all related instrumentation through safe, successful predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance programs and procedures. You will provide 24 hour emergency call coverage for plant, direct contractor personnel and administer contracts, coordinate team outage activities, provide technical support for plant operations, and provide training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the plant electrical equipment, Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and Continuous Opacity Monitoring Systems (COMS).
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience in Electrical, Instrumentation and/or Process Control. Bachelor of Engineering degree preferred. The successful candidate must have 5+ years experience with Electrical and/or Instrument and Control systems and 3+ years experience with formal leadership, which includes leading and directing others. Must also have 3+ years in power plant operation and maintenance or equivalent and electrical and/or Instrument and Control maintenance.
