REQUIREMENTS
Since 1986, Starnes & Oswalt Construction has dedicated itself to providing excellence in the fixture installation and construction industry. We’re unique in this industry because we’re licensed General Contractors who specialize in fixture installation, interior build-outs, millwork installs, rollouts, and remodels. Typical projects for us include retail, restaurants, commercial, and institutional settings. Some of our projects include establishments such as The Home Depot, Linens N Things, Bass Pro Shops, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ted’s Montana Grill and The Gap.We are now hiring in all states for experienced Lead Carpenters, Millwork Installers and experienced Fixtures Installers for retail fixture installation and general contracting company throughout the United States.We are seeking individuals who are:* Supervisors with 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, installation, finished carpenter, high-end millwork or related fields.* Experienced in hands-on installation of retail interior signage/graphics.* Experienced in fixture assembly and installation.* Experienced finish carpentry on cabinets, jewelry cases, check-out stands, and high-end millwork, etc* Computer literate and have ability to use email for daily reports, time sheets, expense reports, etc.
Must be able to:* Demonstrate strong ability to lead and organize a field crew and accomplish daily tasks that are time efficient and well executed.* Provide excellent customer service and ensure quality standards are achieved on job site.* Manage and maintain high morale and work standards.
Perform administrative duties including recording time sheets, expense reports, field reports, store site surveys, etc.* Demonstrate strong aptitude and experience using your own general hand and power tools to complete in-store installations.* Ability to deliver quality craftsmanship and exceptional Customer Service to our clients and co-workers.* Demonstrate an ability and desire to travel for up to 6 to 8 weeks at a time out of state to retail locations throughout the United States.
