Superintendent, Project Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing regional home builder that is growing to the next level. They have an immediate opening for a Superintendent in the Dover area.

This is a chance to get your career into high gear. This builder will be doubling in size over the next year and will create lots of room for internal advancement. We are looking only for career minded home building professionals that are looking for a company that they can be instrumental in bringing to the next level. These are full time, permanent positions-we are not hiring for just one or two projects. This builder has not suffered any of the housing downturns other builders are going through. They have not gone through any staff reductions, in fact we are still hiring!

This position will be responsible for managing the building process, company policies and sub contractors for a specific community under construction. Will be working with sales teams and buyers to ensure that homes are delivered in a timely and customer service oriented manner. Will be responsible for delivering 50+ single family homes per year. Home building professionals from large or with top ten builder experience are definitely welcomed here.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be local to the Dover area or able to commute.

Must have at least two years experience as a Superintendent for a home builder that builds over 40 homes per year. Top ten builder experience is a plus!!!!!!

Land development experience will be helpful (not required)

Must have experience in taking projects from footers through final walk through with buyers.

Must have a stable work history
