Superintendent - Mid-Rise

URGENT NEED! North New Jersey based GC/CM firm seeks a Lead Site Superintendent with Mid-Rise experience for their Corporate and Institutional clients.

NO RELOCATIONS PLEASE: Ideal candidate would live in Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset Counties since most projects are located in Central and Northern New Jersey.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience.

Ideal candidate must have a 4-year degree and have worked on projects in the $5M to $20M range.

Site Superintendent will manage and oversee all aspects of the project while working closely with the Project Manager.

Must be proficient in MS Project and Prolog. Must have a driver’s license and personal vehicle.
