Sr Project Manager/Asst PM-Tucson, AZ-Technical background

Successful PM candidates will possess: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience in construction or an associated engineering field. At least 5 years experience in commercial/retail construction. Responsibilities include developing Management plans, including: budgets, schedules, cost estimates, contract management, risk management, QA/QC, safety and team management. Solid track record of successfully building effective relationships with clients. Must be computer literate, possess strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills, along with strong communication presentation skills.

•Must have excellent command of the English language (/written and verbal).
•Legally able to work in the US.
•Ideal candidate lives near Phoenix, Tucson, Arizona. No relocation expenses paid.

REQUIREMENTS

Able to read blue prints
Able to complete Cost Analysis, Monthly Project Reports, Physical Audits, Preliminary reports
Complete understanding of reports (Lender services consulting) regardless of project type or size
Prefer 5 years experience as PM or CM.
