Immediate opportunity for a Senior Office Surveyor with potential for Partnership!


Small, stable firm that has established a true mark in the engineering industry with over thirty years of service is growing rapidly. They specialize in planning, permitting, designing, engineering and land surveying for industrial, commercial and residential subdivision projects. They are offering a competitive salary and 3-11% of annual salary 401K contributions, full medical benefits for employee and dependents, and overtime is also available.



DESCRIPTION


Ideal candidate will be responsible for assigned projects with little supervision. Daily tasks involve, management of field’s data and office surveyor’s, computations and mapping. Other Responsibilities will include assisting the Director of Surveys and prior experience from the field will be helpful. Communicating (verbal and written) to clients and price quoting.
REQUIREMENTS


California PLS preferred, but an LSIT will be considered
Minimum of 10 years experience with Residential and Commercial engineering/surveying projects
Minimum of 4 years experience in Management
Excellent Communication (Oral and Written)
Prior experience with mapping and computations, and knowledge of field surveying
