ATC Associates presently has the following immediate opening at our Plymouth Meeting, PA.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate will have 5 plus years experience writing specifications for an A/E firm preferable with water/wastewater projects, competent knowledge of building materials, specifications and construction techniques, ability to interpret drawings and engineering specifications, proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively with Engineers and field construction personnel. Cost estimating will also be involved. Duties include: Write specifications documents and addenda on time, assist where needed in determining material/product alternatives or substitutions in the design of projects, review and assess the drawings and details while specification documents are being developed, develop/maintain master specifications/,materials/products literature files, prepare front end documents specification to suit specific requirements and ensure that they are reviewed in a timely manner with the client, coordinate specifications with consultants.
