Solution Design Architect/Lead ETL Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for creating solution design and architecture that will become the blueprint for all the loyalty solutions being developed in the Information Services Division. Lead the design team in defining the various aspects of the design. Work with the business analyst, development, QA and deployment teams to ensure that the design solution is implemented correctly. Work out an integration architecture for many loyalty/CRM applications. Secondary Job Responsibilities: Work with CTO office to create an enterprise architecture for the loyalty/CRM applications at Visa and ensure that solutions architecture is in conformance with it.


REQUIRMENTS: Significant experience as a solution Architect in the CRM and campaign management domain. Working knowledge of Marketing Automation/CRM Large scale, enterprise Application Development, Design/Architecture and implementation experience. Significant experience with BI tools, ETL tools and large data warehouses. Strong Team Leadership skills.Experience with one or more of Aprimo Campaign Management System, Microstratgy or Ab Initio preferred. Experience in credit card industry.
