Candidates must be licensed or have equivalent certification to perform plumbing service in the state in which they are applying for a position. Candidates must be self-motivated, communicate well with customers, and have a valid driver's license. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check, including driving record and criminal history.

Candidates must have three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience, a proven track record in the sale of plumbing products and services, and full knowledge of plumbing systems to perform duties.
