Skilled Maintenance Technician

Purpose: A property management company based in the Orange County area is looking for 5 skilled laborers. The job will involve renovation of apartment buildings; including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, and painting. This is a contract to hire position and does offer great benefits. The starting pay rate is $12 - 15 dollars an hour, depending on experience and skills. This is a tremendous opportunity for any handyman.
