Under general guidance and supervision, responsible for the overall execution and performance of Johnson Controls, Inc (JCI's) service executed retrofit projects. Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management standardized procedures and processes, and achieving financial results on assigned projects. Provide project coordination for day to day activities of Front Line Service Providers (FLSP's), and sub-contractors. Provides technical resource for Service Teams and Technical Sales, and assists with Service Project estimating and estimating reviews. Represents JCI and its interests to exceed Customer Satisfaction. Responsibility for overall project safety program compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or an Associates Degree with equivalent work related experience. One to three years of experience in the HVAC Industry. Installation, Service, Engineering or Commissioning experience related to HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, Security management, and Mechanical systems is desired. Able to lead and direct diverse teams. Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills. Able to positively represent JCI and communicate with others at varying technical levels. Able to use Project Management software and financial accounting systems. Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio and basic Windows environment.
