Service Coordinator

Coordinates with the Service Manager to ensure good communication between shops, Technicians, and Customers. Reviews work in process, updating changes as they occur. Maintains and expedites work orders. Prepares quotes for customers.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED. Previous Customer Service experience required. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Well-developed verbal communication skills, along with exceptional telephone proficiency. Helpful, courteous and professional behavior and conduct at all times.
