Senior Safety Director

DESCRIPTION
Senior Safety Director is needed for Premier Mechanical Contractor in the Pacific NW. This position will provide leadership to district office employees, manage loss control and accident prevention activities, and ensure compliance with local, state and national regulations. This person will develop and implement safety programs, strategies, policies, training and procedures. Must have previous job experience working for a 100 mil. plus company. In addition, proven experience in claims management is key as well as corporate planning. Strong Leadership and visionary skills are necessary for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 10 years safety management experience as relating to construction/mechanical side of projects. Proven record of success in a safety management role is necessary.
Must have a working knowledge of claims and claim management. OSHA expertise required as well as excellent communication skills and proven prior leadership skill. Prior employment with either a mechanical contractor or industrial company is required.
