Company Profile:
We are working with several companies in area between Myrtle Beach and Savannah that build healthcare, hospital, apartment/condos, schools and other general commercial projects along the Atlantic Coast. These companies are stable and positions are open because of company growth.

Position Profile:
These project managers will manage several other PMs as well as run several of their own projects.

Expected Experience:
Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience:
- 8+ years of PM experience building projects similar to the project types listed above
- Willingness to relocate to the Atlantic Gulf Coast
- BS Degree in Construction Sciences or Engineering is a must
- able to develop solid working relationships with superintendents and other project stakeholders
- good written communication and negotiating skills
- shows attention to detail and project documentation
- able to demonstrate the initiative to make the project happen, not let the project happen
- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost
- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills
- able to demonstrate pricing that is win-win based
- stable employment background and work history
- Favorable references from recent and past “peer group” or direct senior management
- Proficient in spreadsheet based estimating or estimating with software like MC2 or Timberline.
- Proficient with project management support software such as SureTrak/MS Project and Expedition/Prolog
- Willingness to work in team environment.
