Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Design-Build Construction - HVAC, Piping, Plumbing

Location – Las Vegas, NV

Compensation - 85-110K + bonus

If you are a seasoned project manager or project engineer on commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects, then you know that the projects you have a chance to work on will define you. This client specializes in a steady diet of high profile work, with a blossoming backlog of projects. With projects like Major Hotel/Casino, Government, Hi-Rise Commercial, Hi-Rise Residential, and Hospitals, there aren’t many projects they can’t tackle. We are looking for individuals with 5-10+ years of mechanical project management or project engineering experience on commercial/industrial/institutional HVAC construction projects. A bachelor's degree in business, construction, engineering or technical field is strongly preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered. A well rounded HVAC background is ideal. Process piping and plumbing experience is a plus. Well developed computer skills are assumed. Mechanical contracting experience is a must, though general contracting experience with a strong mechanical background will be considered as well. Previous experience in estimating and engineering of design/build projects are beneficial as well.
