Senior Project Manager: Land Development

Individual will have the responsibility to manage multi-disciplined land development projects and assist office manager in mentoring and managing multi-disciplined staff. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, land development planning and design, client and regulatory agency coordination, schedule and budget management, and marketing of land development services. Position requires 8 + years of directly related experience and Professional Engineer licensure in NC (or the ability to obtain in six months). The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships. Individual must have a thorough understanding of the land development process and a demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
