Senior Project Manager - Civil Engineering - Land Development

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in civil land development design and project management. This individual will be an expert in site design for residential, commercial and public works projects. A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering and California Professional Engineer Registration (PE) are required. Job requirements include AutoCAD LDD design, complete projects on budget according to schedule, communicate the project goals and schedule to the design team, direct the team in the preparation of project documents, provide technical assistance and direction to the project team, etc.
