Project Manager-Owners Representative-Airport Experience Required
Successful PM candidates will possess: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience in construction or an associated engineering field. Local candidates preferred. At least 5 years experience in commercial/retail construction. Responsibilities include developing Management plans, including: budgets, schedules, cost estimates, contract management, risk management, QA/QC, safety and team management. Solid track record of successfully building effective relationships with clients. Must be computer literate, possess strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills, along with strong communication presentation skills. No calls please-No agencies

REQUIREMENTS
Large airport project experience a must
Must have excellent command of the English language (/written and verbal).
Legally able to work in the US.
