Candidate Qualifications:

This world-class company is seeking a world-class Senior Project Manager. They are looking for an articulate professional who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. The qualified candidate will have 10+ years experience as a Project Manager. Experience working on various projects worth $10M or more in areas such as commercial office buildings, healthcare/oshpd, labs, pharmaceutical, education K-12, mixed use, and high-rise. Ability to interact with attorneys, financial advisors, real estate developers, property managers. Candidates with a history of design build projects are preferred. A stable work history with other Top ENR Construction Firms and experience in progressively increasing project size and value. Must have a good work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years. A construction related degree is required.

Compensation:
