This opportunity is located at the Wayne, NJ Corporate Office.In this role, you will lead a design team handling ground up and inline food court and restaurant design work. This includes supervising the architectural process; coordinating and reviewing construction drawings; maintaining strong client relationships; overseeing project timelines, manpower scheduling and billing; developing CD's; coordinating consultants; and directing team members at all levels of contract administration.
Required Experience:
To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of related experience specializing in the food/restaurant industry. Strong ACAD skills and code knowledge are essential, as is solid knowledge of architectural assemblies and mechanical, electrical and plumbing components. You must also have excellent communication skills. Architecture, Construction Project Management, and Building Code experience are definite assets. Approximately 15-30% travel required.apply direct to
