REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be able to provide and/or coordinate full estimating services on large, complex work and all types of contracts.

Responsibilities include: providing complete conceptual or bid estimate and final estimating input on complex projects; reviewing project specifications and drawings; attending pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate; reviewing and incorporating historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity reports, etc., into unit and man-hour figures; analyzing and posting bids on bid day and making bid day decisions on small- to medium-sized projects.
