Senior Engineer: Land Development

This position requires energetic candidates with 6+ years experience in site planning and land development, including: design of grading, storm water management, soil erosion prevention and roadways. The ability to communicate both orally and in writing to clients and outside agencies is a must. This is an exciting career-track position for the motivated individual looking to enhance their project responsibilities. Requirements: 6 to 10 years of experience in civil/site design including site planning, layout, grading, drainage, utility, road and parking design for residential, commercial, retail, educational, and recreational facilities development; PE license; proficiency with AutoCAD LDD; experience working and interacting directly with clients; interaction with Planning Boards/Engineers; maintaining project budgets and schedules, supervising design staff and marketing new clients; and excellent oral and written communication skills.
