Senior Electrical Project Manager

Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc., a leading commercial/industrial electrical contractor with revenues exceeding $140 million, currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Raleigh, North Carolina office who can manage
(4-8)complex electrical commercial/industrial projects or (1-2) $15-$25 million projects simultaneously and who can achieve specific business objectives in a professional and fast paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include contract negotiation, change order preparation, establishing professional business relationships with clients and internal corporate staff, managing field staff, profit/loss responsibility, and handling multiple priorities at a variety of management levels.

Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years electrical project management experience, having managed projects valued at a minimum of $1 million or more. Must be able to read and interpret drawings/specifications/contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate or advanced computer skills. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
