Senior Construction Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $72,000 to $80,000 per year Fast growing Construction Management firm located in Center City Philadelphia seeks Senior Project Accountant with strong construction experience. The ideal candidate will have seven (7) + years construction project accounting experience This person will be responsible for posting subcontracts for every contractor on each project; AIA billing for multiple projects, entering cost budgets and billing budgets in CMiC; entering all accounts payable invoices for projects; entering subcontractor payments for projects; preparing invoices; change orders; WIP reports for projects; follow-up with subcontractors for waivers and original requisitions monthly; client follow-up for payments; and other special projects as requested by staff.
