As a Senior Builder you will be expected to perform the following functions:
Supervise on-site construction and inspect all work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Produce homes on time, within budget and with zero defects.
Order and receive materials
Hire, schedule, supervise and if necessary, terminate subcontractors
Meet with customers, inspectors and supervisors to discuss the status of construction.
Ensure the job sites under construction are kept clean.
Inspect job site and authorize payment for work only when it is complete

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for Senior Builder

College degree preferred - High School Diploma required
Minimum 3 years construction experience
Ability to read blueprints
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to work long hours, including weekends
Must have ability to walk communities on a daily basis, including up and down stairs in particular homes
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
